I'm an Honours graduate in the Media & Arts field and am currently completing my Masters degree. My interests are varied: I'm passionate about all cinema in all it's forms, I'm not averse to sport and have an amiable spectator relationship with football and cricket.
I'm addicted to newspapers & current affairs, I love debating (politics, yummy) and thrive on stimulating and entertaining conversations. I enjoy baking, but mainly so that I can revel in the spoils afterwards. Gyming and running keeps that in check.
I love winter, I collect movie ticket stubs, kitsch coffee mugs and original DVD films. I can't crunch numbers to save any of my lives, I don't eat watermelon and mango. I enjoy a healthy social life, within limitations, which rules out clubbing etc. I have very clear opinions and stances on various issues, be it moral or religious. I firmly believe that although our religion defines us, it does so for the best. As such, I am constantly aware of and always try to uphold those values.
Being a Piscerean apparently makes me a kind, caring, creative, dreamy, sympathetic and sensitive soul. I'm also impulsive, I get angry if sufficiently provoked, and I'm honest too, else I'd never have admitted that;) I'm a hopeless romantic hiding under the guise of a hard-core realist. My sense of humour is, at the best of times, whacked and warped, but it never switches off.

I have two huge, extended, loud and loving families and I’m very close to both. Perhaps a bit too much: I have been known to randomly invite everyone over and feed them chocolate brownies just because I missed them all! Although each family should come with their own health hazard warning (appropriate decibel levels mean nothing to these people), I adore all +95 of them.
So it's at this point I should be dictating the criteria for the kinda guy I'm looking for. Which I won't do :) Suffice to say I'm looking for a life partner, the emphasis being on living and experiencing all that life has to offer together. You'll indulge me when we I wake you up at 1am for a spontaneous drive to the beach. I'll conveniently disappear on football saturday afternoons, leaving only a well-stocked kitchen of treats behind. We'll swop newspapers (my Times for your Financial Mail) in the morning over breakfast (which you will occasionally make!)
If you are qualified and enjoy your job/career, all the better. I have much more respect & admiration for a guy who genuinely loves the work he does as opposed to just doing it for the sake of money. Dedication defines true character. It's for that same reason that I love it when guys scream at the tv during a match. Please, do scream. Go ahead & sleep overnight for tickets to that crucial semi. If you can care that much about 11 unknown men running after a ball, I'm guessing you'll look after me, the kids & Tommy the dog pretty well! :)
