What is the Shaadi.com Mobile Match service?
Mobile Match is a unique service through which you will receive 1 match per day over SMS. You receive these match SMSes free of cost. You can obtain more details of the match via SMS, which would be charged as per your mobile SMS plan. However, in order to get a particular profile's phone number, you must subscribe to the Shaadi.com MobileMatch Premium Membership.
How can I subscribe to this service?

I am unhappy with my matches. How are the matches determined?
The profile matches you receive daily are based on your profile details and partner preference on shaadi.com. If you are unhappy with the matches, please add/edit your Partner Preferences on shaadi.com
How do I start viewing contact number of matches?
You'll have to become a Mobile Match premium member to start viewing the contact numbers of members you are interested in.
Can I be sure the contact details I receive are valid?
The matches you'll receive through Mobile Match will all have verified Indian contact numbers. In case, the number is invalid or is not reachable, please contact Customer Relations at 1-860-500-3456.

You can become a premium member by following the instructions in the marketing or match SMSes or by calling Customer Relations at 1-860-500-3456
Does becoming a Mobile Match premium member mean that I am Shaadi.com premium member?
No, you will only be a premium member on the Mobile Match service. To become a premium member on Shaadi.com click here.
I opted for payment through check/payment pickup, but I have not received the number I wanted to view and the matches have stopped.
The contact details you requested and the match SMSs will resume only once payment has been cleared at shaadi's end. This is to ensure that you can instantly start viewing contact details of matches you receive instead of waiting for days until your membership has been upgraded.
Please contact Customer Relations if you have had to wait more than 10 days for the matches to resume.
